fooling the body

For the past four of five days I have been going to sleep between one and two in the morning and waking up at my normal time. During the day I have remained quite active, and I have been surprised at how much energy I have had. Last night was particularly productive: I packed up eight boxes of stuff to mail back to the states, scrubbed most of the bathroom, and took out the trash.

This morning, however, all my activities are catching up with me. My body is not allowing me to fool it any more. It is screaming out to me, saying "take a nap, you fool." I fooled it, and it is me, so it only seems fitting that it should call me a fool. Anyway, I think that I'll listen to it.
